On FamilySearch there is a Caroline Bulbrook who was born on 13 May 1828 and baptised at Saint Anne Soho, Westminster, London, England on 13 August 1837. Her parents were Thomas Augustus Bulbrook and Keturah. This is possibly our Caroline Bulbrook.

In 1881 she was living with her daughter and son in law at 8 Priory Street, St Pancras where she is shown as Caroline Atkins a widow aged 54 who was born in Ramsgate Kent. She must have married a Mr Atkins at a later date.
When Annie, her daughter, married in 1875 she is Annie Atkins Bulbrook and her father is named as Thomas Bulbrook, shoemaker. Does this actually refer to Caroline's father?
Caroline died aged 62 on 12 April 1890 at 8 Priory Street, Pancras of Bronchitis, Dropsy and Syncope. The death was registered by her daughter A Willingale.
