Notes for Pearson Murrell Wright

He registered the death of his father Henry Wright in 1937.

At this time Pearson lived at Orchardcroft, Victoria Avenue, Shanklin, Isle of Wight, a guest house previously owned by his wife's family. Pearson and Marion ran the guest house after her mother's death. In 1938 with rumours of war fewer people were holidaying on the Isle of Wight and the family moved on and ended up in Reading where Pearson worked for W H Smith. Later Pearson was moved up north to manage W H Smith in Dewsbury.

He lived with his son Pearson & his wife on and off from about age 78. He then went into a local nursing home when he was 84 and lived there until he died aged 92 on 12 February 1987.
